I remember being so anxious and unhappy on my (super luxurious and lovely) honeymoon tropical vacation and was like "Wait...what?! What is going on?" I was diagnosed with depression in college and remember feeling off at various points in my childhood but now I wonder if it was actually more anxiety all along and I just didn't know how to name it? Or maybe what was once more depressive and morphed to the anxious side? As an adult I can see how incredibly anxious my mother and her entire side of the family is (holy shit - you should see how family gatherings unfold - EEEEEEE! the room buzzes with anxiety until the wine starts flowing - at least all my cousins and I acknowledge their/our anxiety vs their generation pretending it's totally normal). ANYWAY! Side-tracked!

Just wanted to say I'm so happy you are on the other side and have figured out your stuff and how to manage it.Navigating the Mothershiphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02174295191363694422noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8324151925261284539.post-36418968617331509992015-01-19T19:55:14.593-06:002015-01-19T19:55:14.593-06:00THIS make me happy! :)THIS make me happy! :)Heatherhttp://wickedlycrazyawesomelife.comnoreply@blogger.com
